The Supreme Court gave judgment today on an appeal by Michael and Thomas Bailey, directors of Bovale Developments, and on a cross-appeal by the Director of Corporate Enforcement relating to aspects of a High Court Judgment of 1 November 2007. Essentially, the Supreme Court confirmed the Judgment of Ms Justice Irvine which dealt with a number of preliminary matters relating to ODCE disqualification proceedings initiated in 2006 against the directors of Bovale Developments.
