Alleged Offence(s):
The defendants were alleged to have contravened Section 202 of the Companies Act1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account. The allegations related to the financial year 1st September 2000 to 31st August 2001. 

Outcome:
On a plea of guilty the Court convicted the company and each director. A fine of €500 was imposed on the company, which was also ordered to discharge costs of €600 + VAT @ 21% to the prosecution and witness fees of €920 in respect of attendance at court. A fine of €250 was imposed on each director.
