Alleged Offences: 
The defendants were alleged to have contravened Section 202 of the Companies Act, 1990 which requires the keeping of proper books of account. The allegations relate to the financial year covering the period from 1st November 2001 to the 31st December 2002. 

Outcome: 
On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted Paul Carter, director and imposed a fine of €1,500. 

On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted Denis Carter, director and imposed a fine of €1,500. 

On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted Raymond Carter, director and imposed a fine of €1,500 and awarded costs to the prosecution of €300.
