On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted the company Chesteroak Limited under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990 in relation to the financial year ended 31st May 2004 and imposed a fine of €200. 

On a plea of guilty, in respect of John Gerard Mongan, in relation to the breach of section 202 of the Companies Act 1990 for the financial year ended 31st May 2004 found the charge proven and took it into consideration.
