Alleged Offence: 
The defendants were charged of an offence under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account related to the financial period ended 31st December 2004. 

Outcome: 
On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted each defendant under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990 in relation to the financial year ended 31st December 2004 and imposed fines of €250 on each. The Court also directed that prosecution costs be paid and agreed between both parties.
