Alleged Offences: 
The defendants were charged on three counts of an offence under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account related to the financial periods ended 30th June 2002, 30th June 2003, and 30th June 2004. 

Outcome: 
On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted each defendant of a single offence under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990 in relation to the financial year 30th June 2002 and imposed fines of €1000 on each. The court also directed that the defendants pay prosecution costs totalling €600. All other charges before the court were taken into consideration.
