The Director has issued an Information Notice in relation to the above Act. Parts 3 to 6 of the Act may be cited with the rest of the Companies Acts as the Companies Acts 1963 - 2005. The parts relate to Miscellaneous Investment Fund Amendments, Market Abuse, Public Offers of Securities and Miscellaneous Company Law Provisions respectively.
