The Companies (Auditing and Accounting) Act 2003 was enacted on 23 December 2003. Certain provisions have been commenced by Statutory Instrument (S.I.) Number 132 of 2004. Further details of the S.I. can be accessed here. This is the first commencement order to have been signed under this Act.
