The Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement has been requested by the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs to draft a second scheme in accordance with Sections 11 and 15 of the Official Languages Act 2003.
The Director wishes to invite representations in relation to the preparation of the draft second scheme from any interested parties.
