The ODCE is based at 16 Parnell Square, Dublin 1, Ireland. Its approved staffing complement is 50 staff. The Office's staff comprise a multi-disciplined team of accountants, administrators and lawyers. Recruitment to the Office is through the Public Appointments Service.
Eight members of the Garda Síochána (Irish police force) are also sanctioned for secondment to the Office to support its work (included in the figure of 50 above). Its 2009 budget amounts to some €5.5 million.
