Compliance and enforcement action comprises a substantial part of the ODCE's work, and this will support the general public interest of developing and maintaining good legal standards of corporate practice. In addition, we offer the facility to contact the Office regarding customer service issues, information on how the Freedom of Information Act operates in the Office, and the facility to register an interest in receiving notification when new information is posted to the website.
Complaints about Customer Service
The Office has appointed Mr. Kevin Prendergast as Customer Complaints Officer.
In the event that you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been dealt with, you may contact our Customer Complaints Appeals Officer, Mr. Sean Ward.
