Alleged Offences:
In each case the defendants were alleged to have contravened Section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account. 

Outcome:
Each of the defendants pleaded guilty to the offences before the Court.
The Court imposed a fine of €500 on each of the defendants. In addition, each defendant was ordered to discharge prosecution costs of €317 and the defendants were collectively ordered to discharge witness expenses of €255.
