Mr Paul Appleby, the Director of Corporate Enforcement, has welcomed today's decision of the High Court to order the disqualification for three years of Mr Sam Field-Corbett in consequence of the findings made by High Court Inspectors in their Report on Ansbacher (Cayman) Ltd. The disqualification operates from 27 February 2007.
