Alleged Offence(s): 
The defendants were each charged with an offence under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account. 

Outcome: 
The charges brought under Section 202 of the Companies Act 1990 were dismissed. Costs were awarded against the prosecution.
