« back Complaint Form

The purpose of this form is to assist in identifying the circumstances suggesting corporate malpractice by companies, directors or other company officers under the Companies Acts. It sets out the type of information which we would require to enable a complaint to be properly evaluated. If you have such a concern, you may print off and complete the complaint form and forward it to us with associated documentary evidence to the postal address listed on our ODCE Contact Information page. If you wish, you may submit an anonymous complaint, but the ODCE reserves the right not to pursue such a complaint. If, however, you choose to supply us with your details, the Director of the Corporate Enforcement and his staff will act in accordance with their statutory obligations to safeguard the confidentiality of information received by them.

When visiting our website or using one of our forms, you may, although it is not always necessary, provide Personal Data. Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your Personal Data.

All information relating to the statutory remit of the Office is subject to a statutory duty of confidentiality under the Companies Act (s. 956) as well as the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018. We will use your Personal Data only in a manner that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law (e.g. the Companies Acts, the GDPR and Data Protection Legislation).

Before providing any of your Personal Data, you may wish to read our Privacy Statement.
