Corporate Services
The Corporate Services Unit is a resource that assists in the efficient running of the ODCE, and is responsible for the general administration of the Office.

This involves preparing Business Plans, agreeing and managing the annual budget of the Office, personnel and training issues, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and website support and maintenance, office procurement and payments, office premises and maintenance, office Health and Safety issues, FOI co-ordination and the preparation of the Office's Annual Report.

The Unit also liases with the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation on issues such as the annual Office budget, staffing, the Performance Management and Development System, etc.
