Alleged Offences:
Alleged contravention of Section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which provides for the keeping of books of account. 

Outcome:
On a plea of guilty the Defendant company was convicted on each of the two counts. A fine of €400 was imposed on each count. The charges against Patrick Sinnott were struck out. 

Costs of €208 were awarded to the prosecution.
