Alleged Offences:
The defendants were alleged to have contravened Section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account. The allegations related to the financial years covering the period from 1st September 1998 to the 31st August 2001. 

Outcome:
On a plea of guilty on three counts covering the periods 1st September 1998 to the 31st August 2001 the Court convicted Ronnie Caraher director and imposed fines totalling €900 and awarded costs to the prosecution of €112. 

On a plea of guilty on three counts covering the periods 1st September 1998 to the 31st August 2001, the Court convicted Douglas Farrell director, and imposed fines totalling €900 and awarded costs to the prosecution of €111. 

On a plea of guilty the Court took into consideration the summonses against the Company.
