Dublin District Court. 

Judge:
District Judge Watkin. 

Alleged Offence(s): 
The defendants were each charged with an offence under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which requires the keeping of proper books of account. The charges related to the financial year ending the 30th of June, 2003. 

Outcome: 
On a plea of guilty, the Court convicted each defendant of a single offence under section 202 of the Companies Act 1990 in relation to the financial year to 30th of June, 2003 and imposed fines of €200 each on the company and on one of the Directors. A fine of €50 was imposed on the second Director and she was directed to pay prosecution costs of €200.
