Customer Complaints

The ODCE wishes to provide quality service to all of its customers.  Your rights as a customer are outlined in the ODCE's Customer Charter and 'Principles of Quality Customer Service'.  You can find out how ODCE will deal with complaints in the procedures document, or make a complaint using the Customer Complaints Form.

The Office has appointed Mr. Kevin Prendergast as Customer Complaints Officer.

In the event that you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been dealt with, you may contact our Customer Complaints Appeals Officer, Mr. Kevin O'Connell.
