Customer Complaints

The ODCE wishes to provide quality service to all of its customers.  Your rights as a customer are outlined in the ODCE's Customer Charter and Customer Action Plan.  You can find out how ODCE will deal with complaints in the procedures document, or make a complaint using the Customer Complaints Form.

The Office has appointed Ms. Sharon Sterritt as Customer Complaints Officer.
