High Court Decision not to disqualify Mr. Dermott Boner. 

The High Court today decided not to disqualify Mr. Dermott Boner in proceedings taken by the Director of Corporate Enforcement arising from the Report of the Inspectors appointed by the Court to investigate the affairs of National Irish Bank Limited and National Irish Bank Financial Services Limited. 

The approved written judgment of Mr. Justice Roderick Murphy follows. 

The Director of Corporate Enforcement has since appealed to the Supreme Court from the decision of the High Court. That appeal has not yet been determined.
