Alleged Offences:
Alleged contravention of Section 202 of the Companies Act 1990, which provides for the keeping of books of account; Section 119 of the Companies Act 1963 relating to Register of Members; Section 60 of the Companies Act 1990 relating to Register of Directors/Secretary's Interests in Shares or Debentures of the company. 

Outcome:
On a plea of guilty the Defendants were convicted on each count. A fine of €800 was imposed on Patrick McCormack in relation to the S202 offence and €100 in relation to each of the S119 and S60 offences. No fines were imposed on Josephine McCormack. 

Costs of €208 were awarded to the prosecution.
